Patricia Sill is a creative empowerment coach, published author, lifelong artist, and founder of Archetypes for Elders (A4E). For more than five decades, she has explored what it means to live fully, creatively, and authentically through every stage of life.
Drawing upon a unique blend of professional theatre, spiritual psychology, mythology, transformational education, and embodied practice, Patricia created A4E to help individuals navigate the later chapters of life with greater purpose, vitality, wisdom, and self-expression. Her work invites elders to move beyond outdated narratives of aging and become the conscious authors of their next chapter.
Through storytelling, archetypal exploration, EFT Tapping, Breath work and what she calls the “inner cast of characters,” Patricia guides people to reclaim hidden gifts, release outdated roles, and step into what she calls the Third Act Renaissance—a season of life defined not by decline, but by deeper meaning, creativity, and contribution.

There comes a season in many women’s lives when, despite all they have built, contributed, created, and carried, sacrificed, something new begins quietly calling them forward.
Not because her life is lacking. Because fulfillment evolves.
The children may be leaving. A long career may be entering a new chapter. The body and nervous system may be asking for a different rhythm — a different relationship to time, creativity, ambition, intimacy, and meaning.

How This Work Was Forged
This is my life's work — and it wasn't assembled from the outside in. It was forged.
In a single year, I survived two life-altering medical events that brought me, twice, to the edge of my own existence: robotic open-heart surgery, and a brain tumour discovered after I collapsed at LAX.
For years, that tumor had been quietly shaping my nervous system and emotional landscape in ways no one could fully see. When it was removed, the contrast was unmistakable. Clarity arrived with extraordinary force. Words began flowing through me in a way they never had. Doubt dissolved.
What emerged was a profound embodied knowing — a recognition that I could no longer postpone the work I was here to do.
Repaired heart. Restored mind. A mission that could no longer wait.
For decades before this awakening, I worked as a professional actress in New York and Hollywood, trained in some of the most rigorous theatrical traditions of the English-speaking world. I knew what it meant to inhabit a role from the inside out — to embody presence, voice, and transformation.
These experiences together revealed something deeper: how many women spend decades mastering the roles required of them, while quietly sensing that another dimension of themselves is still waiting to emerge.
That recognition became the foundation of Archetypes for Elders.
